Yalgoo Shire chief executive Silvio Brenzi gives notice

Yalgoo Shire chief executive Silvio Brenzi has tendered his resignation.

Mr Brenzi would not comment on his reasons for resigning, but Shire president Joanne Kanny said there was no discord between the chief executive and the council.

“It was purely personal reasons on Silvio’s behalf, which the council respect,” she said

“The council are very appreciative of the work that Silvio has completed in Yalgoo and will be sad to see him go.”

Mr Brenzi said his last day at work would be October 31.
