Dongara police have charged a 31-year-old Ellenbrook woman with several offences after she was allegedly caught driving unlicensed, under the influence of methamphetamine, and with a one-year-old baby in the car.

Police will also allege they found 0.3g of meth, a meth pipe, scales and a spring-loaded lock knife following a search of the woman’s Holden Commodore.

Officers stopped the woman about 1.30pm on Brand Highway, near Greenough, on Tuesday.

Her car was seized for 28 days and she was charged with carrying or possessing a prohibited weapon, no authority to drive, possessing a prohibited drug and possessing drug paraphernalia.

She also faces a possible drug driving charge, depending on the results of a laboratory test.
