One of Australia’s biggest garage sale events is back for its 11th year.

The annual Garage Sale Trail will have more than 10,000 garage sales happening both in the community and online, including the Last Pitch Before I Ditch Sale in Singleton, Vintage & Hoarders Sales in Baldivis and Blessings for Bali in Leda.

It started last weekend and will continue on November 20 and 21.

It aims to raise awareness about the ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle’ mantra while also giving people an opportunity to connect with the broader community and reduce their carbon footprint.

Event co-founder Andrew Valder said this year’s trail was set to offer “loads of weird and wonderful items, all ready for you to discover”.

“We’re stoked to have back-to-back weekends of sales taking place this year. It’s double the fun and doubles the chances of finding that perfect second-hand item that really floats your boat,” Mr Valder said.

“From plants to push bikes, vinyl to violins, Garage Sale Trail is a one-stop shop that’s not only good for the planet but good for your pocket too.”
