The Boyup Brook Country Music Muster is calling on performers from across Australia to help celebrate a major milestone, with expressions of interest open for the festival’s 40th anniversary.

Set to run from February 19 to 21, 2027, the renowned event will celebrate four decades of country music and spirit under the theme “hats off to Boyup”.

Organisers say the anniversary will pay tribute to the artists, volunteers, supporters and festival-goers who have helped make the muster one of WA’s best-known country music festivals.

“The 40th Anniversary Boyup Brook Country Music Muster promises to be a celebration to remember, bringing together country music, storytelling, community connection, and a few special surprises as Boyup Brook tips its hat to four decades of country music history,” they said.

“The muster is renowned for providing opportunities for both emerging and established artists to connect with audiences in a welcoming and uniquely regional festival atmosphere.”

Expressions of interest are being sought from solo artists, duos, bands, and entertainers interested in performing as part of the 2027 program.

Applications close on Wednesday, July 22, with organisers encouraging interested artists to submit their expressions of interest via the website before the deadline.
