B52s had two huge wins in the men’s and women’s top division of Geraldton water polo, putting in a show of strength with one round to go before finals.

Impressive goalkeeper Emily Larsen recorded a near shut-out on Saturday in the women’s division as B52s notched a massive 17-1 win against Rats.

Larsen had also been on the winning side on Friday in B-grade.

Abbey Benham starred at the other end, putting five goals past the Rats defence.

Keshi McCagh and Emma Smith each had a hat trick while Indi Smith, Aimee Hagan, Ellie Pead and Hailee Horsmann added the rest.

Holly Marsden scored for Rats.

Serpents beat Demons in the other game.

In the men’s A-grade, B52s scored 11 goals as they beat Rats, with Kurt Tunbridge doing the worst damage, getting four.

Goalie Jack Deschamp put up a brick wall in goal, limiting Rats to two goals in reply.

It will run on March 12.
