Two young girls are in hospital with life-threatening injuries after the car they were travelling in left the road and hit a tree on Friday afternoon.
Just before 2.30pm, the Ford Territory was travelling east on Muriel Street near Cranwood Crescent in Viveash when it left the road and collided with a tree.
The girls, aged three and four, were taken to Perth Children’s Hospital with serious injuries and remain in treatment.
Their parents, both 24, were taken to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries where they remain in a stable condition.
Investigators are examining the scene and appealing for any witnesses to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
