A motorcyclist has died after a tragic collision with a car in Perth’s south yesterday afternoon.

The 31-year-old motorcyclist received critical injuries after his Harley Davidson collided with a Subaru Forrester at the busy intersection of Rockingham Road and Leda Street in Hamilton Hill.

Ambulance paramedics and police officers were called to the scene just after 5.40pm, but the man could not be saved.

The driver of the Subaru, an 18-year-old female, was not injured.

Major crash detectives are investigating the fatal crash and are asking anyone with information to contact crime stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online.
