Paul Christmass and Peter Clift claim A and B-grade titles at Geraldton Croquet Club singles tournament

Geraldton locals Paul Christmass and Peter Clift having taken home the A and B-grade wins during the singles tournament at the Geraldton Croquet Club.

The two-day tournament ran over May 25-26, with competitors going head-to-head against each other twice.

Across the 10 matches, Christmass came out as the A-grade winner after dominating over the two days.

Christmass dropped just one game, picking up nine wins, with his sole loss coming against Doug Lee who outmatched him 7-5.

In claiming the title, Christmass was the only player to finish with a positive net hoops and did so with a score of 34.

The B-grade winner was Peter Clift, who finished with six victories across the day and a net hoops score of -4.
