Great Northern Highway car rollover prompts safety warning

Police are expecting to charge a 40-year-old Mount Magnet man with driving offences after he rolled his car on Great Northern Highway last week.

Dalwallinu police are investigating the circumstances which led to the crash shortly around midday on Friday near Wubin.

A WA Police spokesperson said the man received serious but not life threatening injuries during the incident and was taken to hospital by ambulance.

They said the man was driving on a disqualified licence, adding the incident served as a reminder to drive safely and get enough rest.
