Geraldton has a new GP.

Katie Milne, 31, is a doctor from Melbourne who grew up on a cattle farm in rural Victoria.

She is qualified in obstetrics, gynaecology, and can provide antenatal care and caesarean sections.

She has taken up residence in Mount Tarcoola and looks forward to windsurfing, Pilates and taking her dog Babette for long walks.

Dr Milne will be based at Panaceum and may shift between Geraldton’s hospitals to provide pregnancy and delivery care.
