Geraldton detectives investigate armed robbery, man in 20s sitting in car assaulted by three armed with knives

Geraldton detectives are searching for three suspects armed with knives who approached a man in his car over the weekend and struck him in the head after he handed over money. Police are seeking the public’s help in locating three people involved in the armed robbery on Saturday, November 11 in Spalding. They say about 10.30pm, a man in his 20s was sitting in his car parked at the Charles Eadon Clarke Sports Ground on Green Street when three people armed with knives approached him and demanded money. The victim handed over what he had on him before one of the accused struck him to the head, causing him to fall back into his car. The offenders were last seen running east along Green Street.
