Finals approach for Geraldton junior basketballers

Local basketball is in action this weekend, with just two rounds remaining in the Geraldton Amateur Basketball Association’s junior competition.

Trades are ahead of Olympians on percentage in the boys’ 18-and-under division one competition, with both teams on 20 points and blue sky all the way down to third, where Pumas are on nine points, ahead of Stateside in fourth on percentage.

In the girls’ competition, Trades are top and ahead of Pumas by two points with Chapman Valley Maroon in third, ahead of Stateside on percentage.

Senior teams play finals next week.
