Christmas 2023 message: Opposition Leader Shane Love reflects on region’s strength during challenging year

This Christmas remember those among us who are facing challenges and extend a helping hand to them. Our community’s strength lies in our collective compassion and generosity, and I encourage you to spread the joy by helping those who are doing it tough this Christmas. The holiday season provides an opportunity for reflection, gratitude, and kindness. One of my favourite parts of this time of year are the many houses, streets, and farm gates across the Mid West decorated with festive lights and colours, serving as a reminder of the warmth within our communities.
