The Kojonup Showgrounds were buzzing with activity on Saturday as families flocked to the annual Kojonup Show for a day packed with rides, entertainment and plenty of fun.

Getting under way at 8.30am, the show offered a full schedule of activities to keep visitors of all ages entertained from morning until night.

Children had plenty to keep them busy with circus workshops, face painting and laser tag among the attractions while classic show rides provided thrills throughout the day.

There was also plenty celebrating the region’s agricultural roots with shearing demonstrations, speed shears and art exhibitions giving visitors a chance to explore different sides of country life.

Food vans and stalls kept hungry show-goers fuelled through the festivities.

As the sun went down, fireworks lit up the sky to bring the day to a spectacular close.
