Three Victorian schools and half a dozen venues in the state’s far northwest are the latest to be added as Covid exposure sites.

Woodend Primary School, northwest of Melbourne, and Queen of Peace Parish Primary School in suburban Altona Meadows in Melbourne’s west were added to the tier 1 list overnight. A third school that provides distance education in the northern suburb of Thornbury, Virtual School Victoria, is also a new addition.

A handful of exposure sites have also been listed in and around Mildura, including a cafe, retail store, beauty shop and gym.

Positive cases have also attended venues in regional Woodend and Ballarat.
