The ACT will make it mandatory for disability support workers and in-home and community aged care workers to be fully vaccinated by November 29.

They will need to have at least one dose by November 1.

Almost nine out of 10 NDIS screened disability workers had at least one jab as of October 14, and just under eight in 10 were fully vaccinated.

ACT Health Minister Rachel Stephen-Smith said the vaccination rate was likely higher, with there being no requirement for workers in the sector to disclose their vaccine status to their employer.
