Collaboration between Albany organisations results in $5000 donation to Pivot after record sale at property

A local property sale has delivered more than a record price, with funds reinvested directly back into the Great Southern community through a partnership between two Albany organisations.
Pivot Support Services recently sold it’s residential unit on Campbell Road as part of a strategic move to reinvest in services that support people across the region.
The property was listed with First National Real Estate Bairstow Kerr, where agents David and Daly Kerr secured a sale within one week, achieving a price record.
In a show of community commitment, the real estate company donated $5000 from the sale back to Pivot Support Services to assist with its ongoing work.
Pivot chief executive Moira Watson said the collaboration demonstrated the positive impact of local businesses working together.
“When two local businesses can come together in a collaborative approach, the community wins,” she said.
“The opportunity to combine our strengths in this way has been amazing and the benefits to the community will be long felt.

“We are immensely grateful for the support we have received from First National Real Estate Bairstow Kerr.”
The funds will be used to support Pivot’s programs across the Great Southern, highlighting how local partnerships can deliver lasting benefits beyond transactions.
