Airbnb loyalists will rave about the global booking platform’s cheap accommodation options, but when money is no object, the market disruptor caters for that niche too.

Dozens of luxury listings feature in Perth’s growing Airbnb community, pegged last in 2017 as boasting more than 11,000 dwellings and housing more than 600,000 tourists and 488,000 Western Australians.

Airbnb will not provide further insight into its Perth growth, following the broker’s decision to offer company stock to the public at an undisclosed time this year.

But analytics firm AirDNA have said residents raked in $54 million by renting their homes on the global marketplace in 2017, including the owner of a luxury six-bedroom Scarborough home, earning themselves $184,131 a year.

Other listings sure to bring in the big bucks are these 14 ritzy retreats in some of Perth’s priciest suburbs.

1) Luxury Beach Retreat, ocean views.

This entire home featuring four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms in City Beach is available for $1000 a night.

The house can accommodate up to seven guests and includes a pool and ocean views.

2) New Horizons 2A and 2B, at the beach in Marmion.

These two beachside abodes go for $1400 each and can both comfortably accommodate eight guests.

The four bedroom and three bathroom homes are complete with a pool and situation close to a bevy of restaurants, cafes and shopping options.

3) The Reefs of Marmion

Up to 12 guests can comfortably relax in this five bedroom, four bathroom abode.

According to the advertiser, the home is perfect for a family needing quality accommodation for a wedding, complete with stunning ocean views.

4) Serina Riverside Along Swan River Applecross, Perth

Right along Perth’s Swan River, this 10-guest home boasts warm wooden tones, a large balcony, a pool and spa.

For $1200 an evening, renters can snag this five bedroom, three bathroom home with a state-of-the-art kitchen and modern appliances.

5) Luxury Scandi Beach House

This three-storey Cottesloe home can accommodate up to ten guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The homeowners behind this $950 a night listing ask only renters above the age of 30 book the beach house, but families are welcome.

6) Beachside house

This $950 listing in Trigg is a six-guest modern home close to a variety of restaurants.

The house creates a clean and cosy atmosphere with its neutral and warm toned colour palette, complemented by a pool, gym, five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

7) Stunning single story beachside home

This four bedroom, three bathroom home located in a quiet City Beach cul-de-sac can comfortably fit six guests for $950 a night.

Renters who like to work out can delight in the home gym, equipped with static bikes, weights and pump bars.

8) Luxury House near Cottesloe

For $1000 an evening, holidaymakers can escape to this six bedroom, four bathroom Mount Claremont home with a large pool and sprawling lawns.

The 12-guest smoke-free house features a balcony, barbecue, table tennis and views of large swathes of private parkland.

9) Luxury beach pad with fabulous views

A short walk away from the beach sits this four bedroom, three bathroom house in Scarborough.

Up to eight guests can be accommodated for $850 per night, a sum that will provide renters with a heated swimming pool, large balcony and kitchen with a built-in coffee machine.

10) Beautiful home with sparkling pool

Up to 10 guests can fit into this large Wembley home, complete with five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

Advertised as perfect for families with kids, this house also features a pool, trampoline and barbecue.

Located in a quiet street, this peaceful abode is a short, leisurely stroll to a dip in the Indian Ocean or sunbathing at North Cottesloe Beach.

At the foot of Kalamunda National Park, this nine guest, $800 a night abode boasts an infinity pool and is only a 15 minute drive from Perth Airport.
